DRUG SUPPLY CHAIN SECURITY ACT (DSCSA)
Compliance & Traceability on LillyTrade
Lilly USA, LLC is committed to securing the pharmaceutical supply chain through compliance with the Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA).
What Is DSCSA?
The Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) is a U.S. federal law that establishes requirements to electronically identify and trace prescription drugs at the package level as they move through the supply chain. Its purpose is to protect patients by preventing counterfeit, stolen, contaminated, or otherwise harmful drugs from entering the U.S. drug supply. The law requires manufacturers, wholesalers, dispensers, and other trading partners to exchange standardized product and transaction data to enable traceability and rapid response to suspect or illegitimate products.
How Lilly Supports Compliance
Lilly provides two platforms to enable DSCSA compliance for trading partners and regulators. Each platform includes direct access links to get started:
- TraceLink
Lilly utilizes the TraceLink interface to provide serialization-related documentation, including Transaction Information (TI) and Transaction Statements (TS), as well as to support electronic verification requests for Authorized Trading Partners. The TraceLink portal is also available to Lilly trading partners for the manual retrieval of TI/TS documentation. If you are not yet a TraceLink member, register as a Lilly customer using the link below.
To register for initial access to the TraceLink network, please visit: TraceLink Partner Account Setup Survey →
- DSCSA Portal — dscsaportal.lilly.com (LedgerDomain)
Lilly's dedicated DSCSA online portal — powered by LedgerDomain — supports product trace requests, manual verification requests. Use the links below to access the portal or review registration instructions.
