For Drop-Shipment Recipients:
Please reference the packing list received with the physical product and locate the following two data points: Ship Order Number and PO. Your unique access code is a combination of the two numbers, formed by concatenating Ship Order Number and PO number with no spaces between the two numbers. The Lilly TRANSFER FROM BUSINESS is 'Eli Lilly & Company'.
Please access https://opus.tracelink.com to retrieve TI/TS compliance documents. Once logged in select "TraceLink Network Applications - Product Information Manager" under Network. Once there, you will be required to enter "TRANSFER FROM BUSINESS", the Delivery Number and Unique Access Code combination as noted above.
